I am a registered clinical counsellor who has been privileged to have worked with children and families experiencing a range of concerns from daily stressors to complex mental health difficulties. I offer child therapy services for children aged 3-12, parent support, and family therapy. I support children and families to navigate and cope with anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, trauma, emotional regulation, and behavioural challenges. I offer services from an attachment-based, trauma-informed, lens of care. I specialized in Expressive Play Therapy and Emotion Focused Family Therapy, along with other evidence-based interventions.
