We are always interested in new (and old) members getting involved in the various committees. These are the “cogs” that turn the BCPTA wheel!

Education Committee
The Education Committee is a vital part of the BCPTA and is responsible for organizing and facilitating professional development through workshops, lectures and other events. Members of this very active committee:
- Propose and research appropriate workshop topics
- Find speakers
- Book venues
- Advertise
- Set up any catering
- Gather needed materials
- Coordinate Play Cafés
- Coordinate Online Learning

Membership Committee
The Membership Committee is responsible for:
- Updating the membership database
- Processing all membership applications and providing certificates
- Overseeing the online private practice directory
- Providing email support for membership inquiries
- Collecting fees and providing receipts for manual registrations

Communication Committee
The Communication Committee is responsible for:
- Coordinating advertising
- Updating and managing BCPTA’s social media accounts
- Imprints of Play, BCPTA’s e-newsletter
