Bio
With a background in Early Childhood Development, Mindfulness, and Counselling Therapy, I support children, teens, parents, and caregivers in building resilience, emotional regulation, and healthy connections. My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-relational, and brain-based, integrating attachment theory and mindfulness to help families heal from early relational or developmental challenges. I bring years of experience in schools and early childhood settings, supporting children and youth in navigating emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. In my private practice, I provide a safe, supportive space where children and teens can explore their emotions, strengthen self-regulation, and build inner resources to thrive. I also offer guidance and support to parents, helping them strengthen connections, understand their child’s needs, and navigate parenting challenges with confidence and compassion. Whether your child struggles with anxiety, emotional regulation, attachment challenges, or the impacts of past trauma, I am here to guide them—and you—toward lasting growth and connection. Reach out to learn more or book a free 15-minute consultation today to explore how I can support your child, teen, or family.

“The activities that are the easiest, cheapest, and most fun to do – such as singing, playing games, reading, storytelling, and just talking and listening – are also the best for child development.”
– Jerome Singer (professor, Yale University)
