Biographical Info
With a background in Early Childhood Development, Mindfulness, and Counselling Therapy, I am passionate about supporting others on their healing journey. My approach is deeply informed by my personal experience of overcoming developmental trauma, which led to my own path of healing. I believe in the innate capacity to heal and strive to help children, youth, parents, caregivers, and educators discover this within themselves. I bring a wealth of experience working in early childhood settings, having owned and operated a multi-age childcare center, and I’ve supported children and youth in the school system through my role with School District 43. Additionally, I’ve provided PEACE (Prevention, Education, Advocacy, Counselling, Empowerment) counselling for children, youth, and non-offending caregivers impacted by domestic violence. My work extends to trauma-sensitive mindfulness workshops and psycho-educational groups for parents and caregivers, delivered both online and in person. Whether your child is navigating challenges at school, struggling with emotional regulation, or has been impacted by trauma, I am here to help them rediscover their inner strength. Ready to take the next step in supporting yourself, your child or your teens well-being? Reach out to learn more or book a free 15 minute consultation today.

“The activities that are the easiest, cheapest, and most fun to do – such as singing, playing games, reading, storytelling, and just talking and listening – are also the best for child development.”
– Jerome Singer (professor, Yale University)
