Biographical Info
I consider myself a HOPE provider. I believe change and growth are possible. I have worked with children, youth, and families recovering from all sorts of trauma, children with exceptional needs, adults with chronic illness, grief and loss, and family transitions. I primarily use play and expressive art therapy, however, I consider myself an integrative therapist, and combine cognitive-behavior therapy, attachment interventions, mindfulness, solution focused and somatic practices when needed. I enjoy providing training and groups. I provide virtual service in BC and ONT. I would be happy to walk with you on your journey of HOPE.

“The activities that are the easiest, cheapest, and most fun to do – such as singing, playing games, reading, storytelling, and just talking and listening – are also the best for child development.”
– Jerome Singer (professor, Yale University)
