Emma Chalifour

I’m originally from England, where I trained as a middle school science teacher. While teaching was rewarding, I soon realized my true passion was in supporting people’s mental, emotional, and social well-being. This led me to shift my focus from education to helping people navigate their inner worlds. My career has taken me around the world, and I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people. These experiences have deepened my understanding of human resilience and the power of connection. I hold a Master’s in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria and am committed to continued learning to better serve my clients. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Registered Play Therapist (BCRPT), Certified Synergetic Play Therapist, and a Certified Autplay Therapy Provider. I’m passionate about working with people of all ages and am always open to new clients who are looking to work through life transitions or just grow personally. I am particularly passionate about helping parents navigate the challenges and complexities of raising children. I’m here to offer empathy, insight, and support as we work together to reach your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two teenagers, and our playful dog, Taz. We love exploring the outdoors and getting creative with repurposing old furniture.
